what external ip you have input? are you testing outside or inside? make sure the external ip is the public one.

try this: control panel--device and printers--printer--right click on your printer---printer properties---disable bi-directional support---go to configure port---enable LPR-bit counting.

are they screw in secure? if yes but still won't stay, contact tp-link support and claim part replacement.

open web ui---advanced--system tools--factory default--restore to reset the router. then login back and go to basic--wireless---change wifi name and password there.

It's better to report this issue to tp-link support directly. I don't think they will take care of the forum

Looks like a hardware issue. Warranty service is needed. you can call tp-link hotline and check the warranty period
