Limiting Bandwidth on Archer C7 v4

Hardware Version : v4
Firmware Version :
ISP : Spectrum
I just got the C7 v4 to replace my v2 after a lightning strike. My v2 had the capability to limit upload and download speeds on the guest network. This seems like a very basic feature. If someone knows how to implement it on v4 that would be great. For now, I hope someone from TP-Link will view this and maybe add it to a firmware update.
