Good morning,
I have wired internet access for my desktops, but none of my tablets, laptops or android phones are able to connect to my new Archer C1200. When I try to access tplink.net, I get a message stating that I am not connected to the network. All lights are green on the router. I called my ISP and they said I did not need to link my router to the account, only the modem. Please help. The wireless devices see the Archer C1200 (TP-Link_DDE8), but that's it. Thanks.

who is your internet service provider? have you connect wired internet to the lan port of this AC1200?
i think it is better to phone hotline support so they can troubleshooting for you.
