My internet connectivity is intermittent. Some pages fail to load but if I try a few more times they will load. Some pages don't load. I stay connected all the time.

I'm not able to connect directly to my modem to test connectivity directly. My neighbor with the same provider (Grande Comm) doesn't have the issue however.
