TL-WR700N cannot connect to its admin webpage after upgrade firmware to Walmart_V1_140515

My TL-WR700N (Ver 1.1) was on firmware 4.18.117 Build 130416 Rel.38275n. I upgraded to Walmart_V1_140515 with the thought later version would be better. After upgrade, I cannot even connect to its admin webpage by wired connection. I tried to connect to 192.168.0.254 (the one worked before upgrade), 192.168.0.1, 192.168.1.254, 192.168.1.1, tplinklogin.net, but nothing works. Any suggestion? Thanks.
