Unable to run TP-LINK Wireless Configuration Utility for Archer T4U v2

After installation. I am unable to run the TP-LINK Wireless Configuration Utility. I can only run it after removing the adapter, however right after attaching it back the program immediately stops running and I am forced to close the program.
