Not seeing Radio for sign on Archer C7 ver. 2

Hardware Version :
Firmware Version : Ver 2
ISP : ligtel.com
Installed new Archer C7 updated software and went on line. Happy Camper at this point. Attempted to go to the my electronic message board (Church Sign) and this router could not find the radio for it. It is cabled to the router from the Radio. The radio is a PicoStation 2 by Ubiquiti. There is no access to this radio other than a cable connection. I messaged tech services in China and was suggest that I change some info in the router. They advised me to change 2.4 G to Chan 11 and bandwidth to 20m
and then 5G to Chan 36 and bandwidth to 40M. I did that and it found the radio and it works, But when I returned the internet it was so unstable it was unusable. So I set router back to Default and here I sit. Looking for a solution.......
