Windows 7, up to date. Chrome browser.

Installed AC1200 Wi-Fi Range Extender TL-WPA8630P KIT. Downloaded and installed the tpPLC Utility program. Everything appeared to work (Wi-Fi still untested.) tpPLC program started OK, showed what it was supposed to show, performed fine. Went to bed, woke up in the morning, booted the computer, and the tpPLC program will not start. The Tp-Link Web interface is working, AC1200 working, but the tpPLC program will not start, or show any error messages, nothing. Tried starting it from the command line (cmd), nothing. Uninstalling, reinstalling, nothing. Nothing in Windows logs. There have been no changes to the system since tpPLC was installed.

What to do?

P.S. Installed tpPLC on a Windows 10 machine sitting next to the Windows 7 box. tpPLC works on Windows 10.
