Hi TP-Link team,

I’m currently using the TP-Link Archer BE805 (BE19000) with the latest firmware (V1_1.1.2). However, I’m experiencing persistent issues when trying to connect my Apple iPhone 16 Pro Max to the network using MLO (Multi-Link Operation).

When MLO is enabled with the 2.4GHz, 5GHz, and 6GHz bands, the iPhone fails to connect to Wi-Fi. Upon selecting the network, I receive an “Invalid password” message — even though the password is correct. If I disable MLO and connect directly to either the 2.4GHz or 6GHz band, the device connects without issue.

This is frustrating, especially considering that my previous TP-Link product (Archer X10) offered a far more stable and consistent experience. I upgraded to the BE805 specifically to take advantage of Wi-Fi 7 and MLO features, but the performance and usability fall short of expectations — particularly on Apple devices.

This issue occurs consistently and in multiple locations. Is TP-Link currently aware of this problem and working on a fix? Or is it being considered a user-specific issue?

Again, just to clarify — the password is correct, and the problem only arises when MLO is active.

Looking forward to your response and a potential resolution.

Thank you.
