I've encountered a strange bug where you can't set a reserved DHCP IP address that is outside of the address pool. However, temporarily changing the address pool, entering the configuration for the reserved IP, and then just changing the pool back works. In that case, why impart a restriction on a reserved IP inside the pool anyway and just let the user do it to begin with?
