Model: Archer AX4400
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.2.4 Build 20240125 rel.39949(5553)

Recently some devices cannot connect to my wifi network. These were devices that had been previously connecting just fine and can connect successfully to other wifi networks.

Other devices can connect just fine.

I assume this is something on the router side since the devices connect fine to other wifi networks and were able to connect to this router perviously.

Just not sure how to go about troubleshooting and resolving.

All it tells me on the devices is that the connection failed and to try 1) restarting the router 2) turn wifi off/on on the device

Not sure why you lost connection. However, we have seen a lot of devices fail to connect to a new router that uses the same SSIDs. The fix is to delete (forget) the network on the device and then add it back.
