Deco XE70 Pro VPN issue - (Global Protect) Does Not Connect
Hello there,
We recently switched from Google Nest Wifi Pro to Deco XE70 Pro. The speed and signal strength is a great improvement for our house, however, VPN (with Global Protect) no longer works for us. We need VPN to log into work server to work remotely once a week so this is a big issue.
After connecting and two-step authorization, Global Protect is stuck at "connecting... still working...).
I have checked some other posts in the forum and tried 1) set Deco to Access Point mode (instead of wifi mode) and 2) set primary DNS to be 8.8.8.8. The issue still remains.
Our setup: AT&T Fiber -> AT&T modem -> Cat 7 cable -> Deco Main -> mesh network into -> Deco 2nd/3rd
If anyone has tips or suggests, we would greatly appreciate it.
