Is there a way use 20/40MHz or 20MHz as channel width instead of 20/40/80MHz on all channels?

In the router page, there are only two options for channel width, 20/40/80MHz or 20/40/80/160MHz. 20/40/80MHz causes congestion sometimes, I use DFS channels. I don't need high bandwidth. I don't want it to overlap with my neighbor's access points, some of my devices can't use 6ghz. Is there a way to use 20/40MHz or 20MHz as channel width? Or will there be options for selecting 20/40MHz and 20MHz in Channel Width in the future?
