2 weeks without a response to ticket
Submitted a request for help almost a month ago dealing with the issues my brand new BE63 v1 are having. They are clearly defective from factory. I was transferred to an "engineer" who couldn't resolve the problem. It's been over 2 weeks since I last heard from said engineer. Last I heard engineer asked if warranty and replacement worked. I replied to them that it was fine with me weeks ago and haven't heard back since. I'm borderline about to just throw out all tplink products I have if this is the kind of support they offer.
