Model: Deco XE75 Pro
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.4.5 Build 20241129 Rel. 47521

Since the latest update we noticed our download speeds severely lacking even on hardwired devices. Investigation in cooperation with our ISP and their techs indicate that our router is now capping our speeds at 100mbps. All our cables are fully functional and result in speeds in excess of 600mbps when wired directly to the modem with no issues. how can we get this fixed? Can we revert back to old firmware?

curious to know if you solved the issue? I'm having the exact same issue. 10GB modem. Over WiFi and Ethernet I'm getting 100MBS.

kind of but not really; the deco that was acting as main at the time of the update is still capped at 100. Support was in contact a lot then just ghosted me after a while.

i just switched which deco is main and the others in our network still work normally fortunately.
