When I notice the web sites stop logging in parental control, the bedtime etc. block time limits also do not function, allowing all Internet with no block.  Seems like when I clear all web sites and report logs, the functionality returns to normal.  It's like the logs are not getting overwritten from oldest to newest, getting full and failing.  Not sure if others have experienced...
