I'm having quite an odd issue that I can't seem to find an answer to online anywhere.

I have the wifi booster plugged in upstairs which works absolutely fine, my main router (sky broadband) is downstairs next to my playstation and they are connected via ethernet cable.

The playstation cannot connect to the Internet when all is set up like this, as soon as I go upstairs and unplug the WiFi booster, problem solved, playstation connects to the Internet no problem.

I'd quite like to be able to go online on PS without turning my upstairs into a dead zone, is there any solutions for this?
