Just installed the TX20E. The card is not connecting.

OS: Windows 11 23H 64 bit

In Network Advanced Setting I can see the new network card. I have tried to disable the previous NIC and enable the TX20E. I have also tried rebooting with the new NIC. However it will not connect with the network. Any ideas
