I need to replace my older router which has worked almost flawlessly and don't know which newer model except that it should have WPS3, 801.11ax, and beam-forming antennas. 

Used in a 1,800 sq foot, single level home, router is not centrally located, at a height of 5 feet, for home office, online video streaming, and lots of internet browsing, no gaming.

Any and all information would be greatly appreciated.
