Hi everyone,

I’m currently using 4 Deco X75 units, and I’m facing an issue with the Wi-Fi channel width. The system seems to always be set to 80 MHz, and whenever I try to switch the channel width to 160, I get the following error message:

"Failed to switch the channel width. Please try again."

I’ve already tried rebooting the Deco units and checking for firmware updates, but the issue persists. Has anyone experienced this or know how to resolve it? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance for your help!
