Trouble connecting device that I mistakenly added to the blocked list. I've removed the block from the app but still can't connect the device to the main network or the guest network. I was able to connect to an isp router but I want everything going thru deco. What do I have to do within the app to allow that device to connect. The software indicates that it is all up to date. --
@LouieGeez Does the device give an error message when attempting to connect?
No error message. I select the network, enter the password and it just tries to connect but never does. Turned on the Deco's guest network, same exact result. Tried my isp router that my Deco is connected to, and was able to connect no problem.
Oh and passwords for the deco come directly from the deco app so it's not bad password.
@LouieGeez Did you restart the Deco after unblocking the device?
