I guess customer service is dead no matter how much you spend, so hopefully someone here can help.

 Purchased an XE75 Mesh about a year ago. Setup was pretty quick and moderately easy. My problem began when I moved to a new house. The 3rd satellite would not join and had a steady red light no matter what I did. I tried to delete it and re-add it to no avail. It has a light green light, a bit lighter than the normal green and cannot be detected no matter what I do. I've reset it to factory defaults numerous times, but the light green light remains. It never flashes blue and will not get detected and added. 
 

I'm at my wits end. If anyone has any suggestions, I'd be eternally grateful. Thanks.
