Archer T3U Plus not working on Mac MIni (Monterey 12.7.5)

Hi ,
I just got this USB Wifi Adaptor ( Archer 3TU Plus ) - The Model list does not seem to have this model
I am am unable to get it to work - i see the package shows the version as 1.6 and i installed the mac on my apple mac mini, but it is detecting the adapter.
I even tried the other V1 drivers that are available but it does not work, let me know if this wont work?
if not I guess I will need to return the product and go for another brand. thanks
