Hi,

 

I bought x55 three piece mesh last year and the current one is my 2nd replaced units.

 

Did RMAs twice and each time after couple of months the router turns red and wouldn't connect to modem anymore. 

Tired of following the mc clone, trying satilite ones as main, resetting, restarting modem, changing modem ports on deco to 2nd n 3rd slots.

 

Almost everything every single time.

Now up for the 3rd RMA.

 

They don't have any clue why this is happening?

 

And they don't refund money just keep on sending the reburbished replacements.

 

Could someone please help on how to proceed further...I am fed up with this routine of loosing internet for 10 to 15 days through out this rma timeline....

Hey @Adi9999,

We would be more than happy to try and figure out what is going on.

If possible, can you provide me with your TKIDs from your previous cases? That way, we can look over what's been done/seen so far and see if we can spot anything different without making you go over everything again.

 

Also, can you provide a bit more information about your network layout? Do you have any network switches? How are the nodes connected(wired/wireless)?

What Modem/Gateway from Spectrum Are You Using?
