New TP-Link AX1800, AX21US V4.6 which replaces an older TP-Link Archer C1900 (C9).

The problem is that the new router has the Internet light Off and the Lock Off, Internet whereas my older router always had all appropriate lights on.

Have invested many hours trying to resolve this problem with TP-Link chat(twice), posting on Comcast, posting this forum.

I previously returned an AX1800 AX21US because of these defects and I am considering returning this one also.
