Could you share which setup method(s) you are using when trying to set up the extender?

WPS, web setup, Tether app setup?

For a smooth setup, we suggest starting in the same room as your router. Once the setup is complete, you can move the extender to its final location. Don't forget to double-check your router's Wi-Fi password during setup. If you're using the WPS setup method, make sure to follow the process in the correct order. The extender's indicator LEDs can also help guide you in finding the ideal position in your home.
