Hello during set up my router is saying there is no internet. The modem is working, because I have hooked it up to my old router using the same port and cables and it works. I have powered everything off and restarted, but still reading no internet during the set up and the light on the front is red.
Sounds like the router isnot geting the lan ip.
power off the modem and router. Unplug both and wait 10 min, plug in and power on the modem, wait a bit for it to fully connect, plug in the router, then power it on and you should have internet in a few min. May need to repeat it.
