I purchased the Bluetooth 5.0 Nano USB adapter to use with Sony Wireless Stereo Headset.

I get no sound through the headphones, but that is probably because the Adapter is not working. The adapter shows up in Windows 10 Devices and Printers. The Windows 10 Troubleshooter says "USB Adapter has a driver problem." This is the first time I've tried to use the Adapter. Does it seem likely that a driver needs to be installed?
