About every two weeks I have to power cycle the home base unit. 

Using the App:
Checking Time will not show current time. Checking for updates is not able to do. 
Trying to reboot will not work. 
The strange thing is the internet works fine. 
 

I'm connected to a TDS fiber with their interface. There is no other router except the Deco unit. 

what's my problem or is this expected with TDS fiber system with no other router?
