Model: Archer C5400
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.9 Build 20231115 rel 37295

I recently installed the Archer 5400 AXE5400.

Everything is connected fine except for the TV with AmazonFirestick.

The streams keep buffering for a very long time and sometimes the connection gets lost. Its connected with 5G

I have the QOS set as high Priority device and always on, the total bandwith is set to 300 and 300 which is provided by my ISP.

The connection type is Dynamic IP which is the auto connection.

Anyone have any suggestions to fix the issue

  @Bluesters

I would try with the QoS off. Also would try adding a cable between the Stick and TV to change the location a bit as you may be getting interference.

  @ArcherC8

Thank you

I have the issue resolved after speaking with chat support.

I had to turn off both Qos and smart link.

Smart link was connecting it to 5g, which my stick couldn't handle very well.

It now runs solely on 2G without any buffering or lost connection issues.
