I received replacement Decos (factory refurbished) for one that was defective still under warranty.  One of the replacements stays solid yellow when I plug it into power.  After a couple minutes it blinks red for a couple seconds and then back to solid yellow.  It doesn't seem to respond to the reset button.  The app can't find it to add it to my network.  What should I do? 

EDIT: I changed the title of this post to correct the color of the indicator light.
