We've used homeshield for over a year without issue, but all of a sudden, it is blocking nearly everything, including all of my teens' homework, textbooks, test prep, etc... the only filter applied is "mature content."  How do I fix this?  It looks like it is blocking things like background Google applications that my untrained eye doesn't quite understand, (googleapis, gstatic, etc...).  I'm not sure I understand why all of a sudden it is doing this, but I'd really like to continue to use the program, as it is quite helpful, but they have to do homework!

Edited to add- after more digging, it seems to be blocking everything as "malicious malware."  I'm not sure if this is even due to parental controls with homeshield, or with the basic WiFi security of the router itself. Even Disney plus is being tagged as malicious malware.
