Model: Deco M9 Plus
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.6.2

Is it possible the smart home capabilities of the Deco M9 Plus router is interfering with the zigbee devices connected to my SmartThings hub? I'm having a hell of a time keeping a dozen or so zigbee devices connected to Smartthings.

  @AZNative

Hi, welcome to the community.

Wi-Fi(2.4GHz), Zigbee, Thread, and Bluetooth, all these protocols share the same 2.4 GHz ISM band. Theoretically, they do interfere with each other in certain ways.

I think the Zigbee devices have their ways of minimizing the interference and communicating with SmartThings hub.

Thank you very much and best regards.
