How do I set up the lock out time from 12:00 am to 6:00am I thought I had it figured out by using the app and I only highlighted 0:00 to 6:00 am Monday through Friday but it's still not letting me log on

Do you mean the wireless scheduling feature? Your network is still alive, it is just the Wi-Fi networks that are disabled
If it is this setting, you may have overall incorrect time settings for your network. You should have no problem accessing your router settings through the web interface and a wired connection if your wireless network still has not appeared and you want to change or remove the setting.
