AX73 update with firmware 1.0.12 slowed down 5G

I upgraded the firmware yesterday and since then 5G speed has gone down to 2Mbps from 400mbps.
Infact both up and down speed keep testing different numbers 10 to 50 times slower.
Before it was consistently 400mbps+/20mbps+
No other change. Restarting router brings speed up and then goes down again.
How do I roll back firmware?
