Hello we recently switched from an internet company to our cell phone provider for our internet services. I was setting up our "hot spot" box got that working as it should and was trying to set up the range extender but all it will do is say it is connected but not to internet. Trouble shooting I used the location assistant and it says it is too far away I find that had to believe because they are literally 6 feet from the hot spot. any help would be much appreciated.
