I had just bought it yesterday and set it up. It was working perfectly normal, until my father couldn't get it working on his TV anymore, and then suddenly, I couldn't get it working on my phone. He went to go restart it and suddenly it won't turn on anymore. No LEDs will light up except the internet one which will be orange. I tried everything such as moving to another power outlet, changing the power cord, holding the reset button for 10 seconds, unplugging and reconnecting the ethernet cable and power cable, and nothing works.
