Hi, I think it is the APP. Sometimes, I would get the same issue on the Deco APP, especially on the IOS APP. Its network status did not update after I opened the Deco APP and after a few times of APP fresh, it finally got updated.
You could check whether the satellite Deco XE75 pro units are offline or not via the following methods:
1. Whether the LED lights went flashing red.
2. Whether the mobile clients next to them could get still internet service.
And there is an ongoing beta program for APP control but so far there is only beta firmware for Deco X50/X55.
