Whenever I'm connected to my 5ghz network I cannot access Amazon iOS app from my BE800. This doesn't happen with any other app other than Amazon, but when I search on the Amazon App it just continues to say “still loading” and never loads. Any idea what settings I need to change to fix this? Thanks!

Clear your browser and try a different browser. Also it may be the firewall. Does it work with a different device?

  @ArcherC8 I access Amazon through the app on iOS not through the browser. On my desktop computer and laptop I can access Amazon just fine. Is there anywhere in firewall settings that should be changed? My wife is also experiencing the same issue on her iphone but we don't have that issue anywhere else.

Hi, thank you very much for posting on TP-Link Community.

Please go to Advanced->Network->Internet page, click Advanced Settings on the Internet Connection part, change DNS Address to "Use the Following DNS Addresses" , then set DNS as 8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4, then check again if it resolves the problem. The following screenshot is for your reference:
