Model: Deco XE75
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.2.1 Build 20230601 Rel. 58453

When I am setting up port forwarding , it should be necessary to add "trusted" IP address or addresses for forwarding the ports.  I can get the external port forwarded to an internal port no problem to the device I want, however it is open to the entire world to access with no restrictions.

Please tell me where I can set the external IP address so that the router filters and ONLY allows traffic from the specified IP address.

Thanks!

Adam

  @BadAdam

Hi, welcome to the community.

So far, It does not support limiting the external IP addresses. But Deco XE75_V2_1.2.2 supports a VPN server, you could consider setting up a VPN connection for this specific IP to access the Lan servers.

How to set up VPN Server/VPN Client on Deco router

Thank you very much.

Best regards.
