Model: Archer AX11000
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 2.1.2 Build 20220526 rel.59616 (4555)

Recently i replaced my old ASUS RT-AC3200 with the Archer AX11000 . I wasn't getting the speed i should through the AX11000 , but i did have QOS on with my bandwidth on low and then i changed it to 1000 on the download/105mbps on the upload speed. But on every speed test site (including one from my ISP) i am only reaching 450/500 MBPS and i have no idea what is going on. If i just use my ISP hub the speed goes to 1000 (which is normal) and i've also changed the internet port negotiation speed to 1000 MBPS. Anyone have any solutions? And this router also takes a fairly long time to kick in on the Ethernet connections, is that normal? Because my old router worked immediately when i started windows or plugged it into a console. Thanks.

  @YNWAX6

Hi, please disable QoS function on the Archer AX11000 and test the wired speed again.

I had a similar issue. Disabling the ALG and Virus scan within the router restored my speeds. Tech support was of no help [TKID231116036].
