I want to give a shot before I return this purchase.  I just purchased and setup the new Deco AX3000 X55.  I follow the instructions and the support suggestions on this community but still cannot get Deco to block YouTube or Facebook consistently.  This mesh router is no use to me if I cannot block websites.

what I have tried:

- created parent control profile > add devices > add websites to block > youtube / youtube.com / www.youtube.com / www.facebook.com

- clear caches 

- update firmware (already update latest when setup)

The laptop is using Chrome.  Initially, it did block YouTube for short period.  Not sure what happen, but after refresh the page a few times, YouTube / Facebook loaded up and able to access any video or content.
