Wifi is fine but the internet behind it comes and goes, varying between 200 Mbps to 7 over the course of a few minutes; sometimes long pauses when trying to load a page.  I would like to figure out whether the problem is with my X55 or upstream.  How does one interpret the system logs to identify problems?  I have dozens of pages of log entries on the "Error" tab but no way to figure out what they mean.  Is there a guide to interpreting the system logs?

Here are the last few entries, although further up there are many more types:

Fri May 19 09:31:08 2023 daemon.err uhttpd[7687]: iptables v1.4.21: Couldn't load target `domain_login_rule':No such file or directory
