I just set up a new Deco X20 using the Android app. Network appears to be working fine. However I cannot log in, either via the app or Web. The app still shows the "Paint Your Home in Wifi" startup screen. When I go to 192.168.0.1, I get a "This site can't be reached" error. Any ideas?
Hi, It is suggested to refer to the suggestions here:
(Please make sure you have signed up via the correct TP-Link email ID which is used to set up Deco for the first time.)
Paint Your Home in Wi-Fi/ Let's begin on the Deco APP
And normally, the default access of Deco would be http://tplinkdeco.net or 192.168.68.1
