So what is the deal with your slow wifi? I see all the posts here and you all keep coming back, "Oh, get closer, signal strength, turn off smart connect, wifi speeds will sometimes be half the wired speed, oh there are too many devices. yada" Look, this is BS. I have been an IT ad IS pro for 30 years. Don't try to pull a wool over my eyes. I just bought this thing a few months ago, and now it's a grandma. 20Mbps download on a 100Mbps pipe. Standing right next to it, no special settings turned on. on the 5Ghz side, I should get 100MBs download. ANd guess what, like the other people here, I get 100Mbps on the wired side just fine.

I am using a tiny netgear wifi extender for a wifi AP now and I get 100Mbps from that thing and it has a longer range! Here you have a wifi6 router and can get no where near that speed and range. It all went to hell when I put it into AP mode. So I put it back. Still sux.

I tell you what, I am going to factory reset this thing and see what happens.
