Firmware Version:

I received a tplink wr802n v4 nano router and the SSID password has rubbed off and when I try to connect via ethernet cable, it never resolves to a 192.168.x.x. I have changed my IP address to match the default 192.168.0.x/192.168.1.x and I cannot ping the device or browse it at the default addresses or the tplinkwifi.net. I have reset the device numerous timeS. I have tried 2 different computers with the ethernet. I can see the SSID but can't connect without the pin/password. Is there anything else I can try?
