Hi, May I know the model number of the device that you wish to move from 5ghz to 2.4ghz?
If possible, may I know the reason you wish this device to connect 2.4ghz instead of 5ghz?
Recently, a new firmware -1.1.0 has been released and it allows customizing clients connection preferences(either 2.4ghz or 5ghz).

You could wait for a while for the new firmware notification on the Deco APP.
Thank you very much.
Best regards.
