In any of the TL-WPA* kits, can the roles be reversed of the wired only device plus the WIFI capable device?

Example kits: TL-WPA8630, TL-WPA8631P, TL-WPA7617, TL-WPA7510, TL-WPA8630, etc.

Normally, the wired only device is connected to a router with ethernet cable, and the WIFI device is used as an access point.

I have a scenario where I'd like the WIFI powerline device to connect using WIFI to a Deco M9, and the wired powerline device to connect to a CPE510, like this:

Deco M9 <- WIFI -> AV1000 wireless <- power line -> AV1000 wired <- ethernet cable -> CPE510 Access Point <- WIFI -> CPE510 Client <-ethernet cable-> Deco M5
