I have a ACT 1300 Whole Home Wi-Fi system with 3 devices. The internet was slow in one part of my house. I did a diagnostic and it showed interference. Does that mean there is issues with the device in that part of the house? Also, can a neighbor access my internet by tapping into one of the devices? Please forgive me if I sound ingnorant. I don't know how this works but want to learn.
