Could you please try to send APP feedback and add the APP log:

After that, please try to switch to 4G mobile data on the smartphone and check whether you could see "Decos" after clicking"+" on the top right?
If possible, please try to delete the Deco APP and install it again.
(Removing Deco APP will not delete the current network configuration.)
